These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dhi88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of dhi88.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, slots, and account management features. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash transaction fees) are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by dhi88. dhi88 does not charge its own processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method; most withdrawals are completed within 24 hours.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

dhi88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
